Prioritise staff health and wellbeing by taking part in the Wellbeing at Work Awards programme which will help your business to become a healthier and happier workplace.

Our programme offers support from a dedicated Wellbeing at Work Advisor, access to the Wellbeing Champions programme, and Wellbeing Training.

Plymouth businesses are asked to set up a working group, complete an annual staff health needs assessment, adopt wellbeing champions in their workplace, and develop a staff health and wellbeing action plan.

Bronze

Set up wellbeing in your workplace by demonstrating your commitment through a wellbeing steering group, wellbeing champions, a workplace health needs assessment and wellbeing action plan.

Silver

According to your health needs assessment and wellbeing action plan, choose three toolkits to improve wellbeing in your workplace.

Gold

Choose four further topics to complete according to your health needs assessment and action plan.
