Take part in the FREE evidence-based Wellbeing at Work Awards programme and get recognised for creating a healthier, happier workplace. Earn awards that help you attract and retain talent, build a positive workplace culture, and fully integrate health and wellbeing into your organisation.
Bronze Award requirements:
Workplace Steering Group, Workplace Health Needs Assessment, Neurodiversity in the Workplace, and Health and Wellbeing Action Plan.
Silver and Gold Awards requirements:
Silver requires completion of a minimum of three wellbeing topics and Gold requires completion of at least four topics, selected from sleep and recovery, domestic abuse, drugs, alcohol and tobacco, musculoskeletal health, reducing the risk of suicide, physical activity, healthy eating and healthier weight, gambling, menopause, neurodiversity, and mental health.
Throughout the process, a Workplace Health and Wellbeing Advisor will support you. An example Staff Health and Wellbeing Survey and a suggested Action Plan are also provided to help you assess your current practices and identify opportunities for improvement.

The Awards Programme works in partnership with Addiction Recovery Agency (ARA), Neurodiversity Plymouth Employers Network (NPEN), and Plymouth City Council, including its Connect to Work and Plymotion programmes.
