We offer regular networking opportunities within the Wellbeing Champion network, both virtually and in-person. Throughout the year, we also conduct virtual workshops that focus on various public health topics.
Our goal is to raise awareness of public health issues, promote healthy lifestyles, and enhance collaboration between businesses and communities.

Wellbeing at Work and One You Plymouth, part of the Wellbeing Team at Livewell Southwest, regularly showcase our services throughout the community and in workplaces. Free to Access Virtual Workshops
We offer virtual workshops with third-party organisations to provide up-to-date information on public health and wellbeing. Participants will deepen their understanding and be better equipped to raise awareness and support within Plymouth’s businesses and community groups.
